Hello, I wanted to share feedback regarding a disappointing experience my mother and I recently had at Sol Agave. There were only two of us dining during lunch service, so we did not expect to spend well over an hour waiting for our food. My mother ordered a Diet Coke and the Chile Colorado burrito, and I ordered the bone-in pork chop. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our meals. For about the first 45 minutes, we received no updates from our waiter regarding the delay. When he finally stopped by, he quickly told us our food would be out in "about 8 minutes" and then left before we could really respond or ask questions. As more time passed, we eventually had to flag the waiter down ourselves because we were running out of time and needed the order changed to to-go. Instead of immediately accommodating that request, he asked how much time we had left and suggested he could "rush the order" so we could eat there and pack up leftovers ourselves. After already waiting such a long time, that did not feel like a reasonable solution, so we again requested the order to go. We then waited another 10–15 minutes for the to-go order. During the entire visit, my mother only received one soda refill despite the extended wait. Despite the experience, we still paid the bill in full and left a tip, even though the service and communication were very disappointing. We honestly expected that at minimum the soda might be removed from the bill or that some kind of accommodation would be offered considering how long we waited and the overall experience, but nothing was offered to us. Once I returned to work, I realized one of the sides the chorizo mashed potatoes was missing from the order entirely. We understand delays can happen, especially during busy times (it didnt seem busy), but the lack of communication, extended wait times during a lunch visit, and incomplete order made for a very frustrating experience. I hope this feedback can help improve service and communication moving forward. Thank you.

Came here for the first time for my husbands birthday and ordered the taste mexico to share and try different options at once and it did not disappoint!!! Wow Everything was delicious and so much food for two people. We will definitely be coming back for this dish again.

I just had the best fajitas of my entire life at Sol Agave and I'm still thinking about them. The steak and chicken came out sizzling, perfectly seasoned, and so tender it didn't even feel real. The refried beans were creamy and full of flavor ( I asked for 3) , and the Spanish rice was fluffy and honestly perfect. It was so good I'm already going back this week on the 3rd for my 23rd birthday! :) That's how obsessed I am.

Rib Eye was atleast 2lbs and Amazing! The Butter Cake made my eyes roll back with pleasure.. but....the French Toast, yes, the FRENCH Toast, made me weep like a lonely weeping willow that unexpectedly finds itself dancing to an out of control, ferocious rhthym only found within a mighty hurricane! #1 French Toast of All Time

I have been to Sol Agave twice in one week. One day when it was pouring rain I went to Happy Hour with two friends. The Margaritas were perfect. The ceviche was the best I have had outside of Peru. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious and the Chile Verde Taquitos were not your standard taquitos but taken to another level. You must try them. I was so impressed with the service, the ambiance and the food, that I came back with a friend Sunday after seeing a play at OC Performing Arts Center. Again, the same excellent service, delicious Cadillac and Cucumber Cilantro Margaritas. We tried a different ceviche, Sugar Cane Fillets and their famous Carnitas. Everything was outstanding. This is my new favorite restaurant! ??[?]?[?]?[?]?[?]?[?]
