Jumbo Mexican Shrimp stuffed with a creamy Dungeness crab filling, wrapped with crispy tortilla. Served with roasted pepper aioli and cilantro aioli.

PEAR COTIJA SALAD

Baby organic mix greens tossed in raspberry vinaigrette caramelized walnuts and cotija cheese with slices of organic pear.

Smooth, creamy, highly seasoned soup of French origin crustaceans. A “bisque” was originally a rich, creamy, shell fish-based soup that was thickened with bread crumbs.

NEW YORK STEAK

12oz New York Steak, chipotle dusted, sautéed in evoo served with chorizo baked potato and marinated grill asparagus.

POLLO SERRANO

Serrano tomatillo cream sauce served with spinach sautéed in white wine sauce and a side of fingerling potato puree.

HALIBUT

 “Villa Rica Sauce” (capers, olives, white wine oregano and onions) served with saffron rice and roasted vegetables.

BUTTER CAKE

Topped with chocolate Abuelita sauce
